Last Warmth is a hand-inked storybook survival game. By day you gather wood, stone and food. At dusk you build fences, walls, braziers and beds. At night the Frostlings walk straight at your one campfire, and you hold them off. Dawn is a reward, never a failure screen. Then the next night is a little colder.

What you get

• The journey to the last warmth. Cold lands, warm roads and the White Waste beyond, in an endless world of rivers, hamlets, ruins and old relics. Walk far, and the wilds bite back.
• All six wanderers and all three difficulties. Play Gentle for the story, Hardy for the cold as it was meant, or One life. You also pick how long a day lasts.
• Endless nights, and White Tides that return. Each Tide is announced, sized to how ready you are, and followed by a breather and a reward.

• A camp that grows. Click a building to grow it: a fence becomes a gate, a leaf bed becomes a tent. Cook at the Hearth, and raise outposts along the road.
• Kin who remember. Strangers walk in from the dark and ask to stay. They work the camp, haul to your targets and send out expeditions, and some leave and come back with a gift.

• Hand-inked. Every frame looks drawn, the films are told in speech bubbles, and the music is made live.
• 48 trophies, and a daily night that everyone shares.
• Play it your way: in the browser, on a phone in portrait or landscape, or as a Windows download. Five languages.

There is no ending and no win. Your score is the number of nights you kept the fire.

FAQ

• How is it different from the demo? The demo runs on Hardy only. It has two wanderers to earn and just a taste of the journey. The full game has everything above.
• Does my demo save carry over? No, you start fresh.
• Found a bug? Tell me in the comments and say whether you play in the browser or on Windows.
